Cảm biến quang E3ZG-R61 OMRON
Cảm biến E3ZG-R61 là một trong những sản phẩm thuộc dòng cảm biến quang điện của Omron, được thiết kế với hiệu suất cao và khả năng hoạt động ổn định trong môi trường công nghiệp. Giúp tăng độ chính xác khi phát hiện vật thể sáng bóng hoặc phản chiếu ánh sáng. Chống nhiễu tốt, kể cả khi có ánh sáng mạnh hoặc môi trường bụi.
LED báo tín hiệu và trạng thái giúp dễ dàng giám sát. Kích thước nhỏ gọn và tùy chọn giá đỡ giúp thuận tiện trong lắp đặt. Nếu không sử dụng dây trắng, mặc định chế độ Light ON. Tốt cho việc phát hiện vật thể trong các dây chuyền sản xuất, kể cả vật sáng bóng như lon nước ngọt, chai thủy tinh, hoặc bề mặt kim loại.
Xác định sản phẩm thiếu hoặc không đạt yêu cầu trên băng tải. Đếm sản phẩm, phát hiện vật cản, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra. Nếu môi trường làm việc có bụi hoặc dầu, hãy vệ sinh gương phản xạ định kỳ.
